When staff calls with a message they should leave the extension that I can call them back on and their name. Otherwise I have to call the call center and they have to figure it out sometimes they can't if there's no notes on their screen

Scheduled 1 year in advance to be 1st appointment for my annual check up. I showed up on time and waited in Lobby for 15 min and then waited in examine room for 40 minutes while Dr. was seeing other patients.

The receptionist that helped us was amazing was amazing. She was relatable to me and my children and even shared in a joke.
