The appointment time was not adequate given what was needed to be discussed. Both the physician and I knew what was needed but the scheduler seemed to not understand what was needed. This resulted in some frustration and less then quality medical care. I don't think good quality care can be attained when providers don't have adequate time to do their work.

Dr. Leonardo is the best! You're lucky to have her.
