Everyone was super friendly, it was just the wait times to be seen. If I had known I would have taken a half day off of work as I live out of town and this took longer than expected. If could be phoned in advance if the appointments are running late would be helpful.

Unknown to Dr. Leonardo there was a scheduling problem that caused her to start her day nearly one hour late. She could have cut my appointment short to make up some of the lost time, but she didn't. During my appointment, she was very thorough and took all the time we needed to talk about my health.
