When I get a call from ANYONE other than my doctor to give me results of bloodwork or CT scan, it makes me very angry. This medical information should not be relayed to me by ANYONE without the medical training to explain it and not given the authority by ME only to relay it!! It is incredibly unprofessional. I have never experienced this from any medical office anywhere else…only in Quincy.

It seems a waste of time for the nurse to update medication information and then the doctor goes through the exact same information.

I got alot of good feed back for my problem from. MY DOCTOR.
