The only problem I have with my previous experiences and it still continues is that the pharmacy will send in a fax for a prescription refill order and sometimes you get it, sometimes you don’t. Sometimes isn’t good because I assume it’s being done and then I have to call the office and then they say you need to call the pharmacy and I say I have. I’m not sure what the process is but there’s a failure in your process, there is some miscommunication somewhere between your offices and the pharmacy and it is very, frustrating.
