I waited about 45 minutes until I asked a receptionist if 'I was forgotten'. Big question: why wasn't I seen within 15 minutes? My wait was unacceptable. Luckily I am a patient person.

Just because someone doesn't have insurance or has tattoos who doesn't fit the clean cut profile doesn't mean they should be treated badly like he is trying to get pain meds or like his pain wasn't valid.
