The nurse who took me into my appt and reviewed my information with me was named Laura and was very pleasant. Dr Leonardo was very attentive to me also.

When I get a call from ANYONE other than my doctor to give me results of bloodwork or CT scan, it makes me very angry. This medical information should not be relayed to me by ANYONE without the medical training to explain it and not given the authority by ME only to relay it!! It is incredibly unprofessional. I have never experienced this from any medical office anywhere else…only in Quincy.
