The North Form clinic building itself is in disrepair. It could use repair of nicks and dings and a fresh coat of paint at a minumum. I consider it dinghy which is less than appealing for receiving healthcare.

I errored and came to the clinic the day after my scheduled appointment. Reception staff were courteous and helpful. They helped me to reschedule.

I think most everyone at PDH are exceptional people.I just don’t feel theres enough communication or time with Dr to Dr or Dr to patient being spent with a lot of the staff.
