I had some bad experiences and I was very worried about this one. But this was a very good experience for me and I really needed this for my mental health. I was very grateful for her and how she listened to me.

There was confusion on the scheduling of my Medicare Yearly appointment. I was told that the Portal always had the correct time of appointment, but the Portal did not tell me that the Medicare appointment was an hour before the appointment listed on the Portal. Really confusing.
