Firstly, your statement that you've tried to get me to fill out survey previously is a lie. One reason I'm always skeptical. I'm very comfortable...FINALLY, with Sally Easly. A breath of fresh air. I hope she stays longer then a minute.

I was seeing Kristin Gyford and didn't have any interactions with the nursing staff but in past appointments with other providers they've been great!
