It is a time of transition with my primary provider’s imminent retirement…but it was being helped made smooth by Hope at the check out desk at the Plumas Rural Health Clinic!! She went above and beyond to help me as she could see that I was concerned about which provider would be taking me on as a new patient. Hope made the whole experience very calm and supportive for me!

Front desk and nursing staff were all very nice. Sally, my NP, was great.
