Eric Hamlin was stellar. Far exceeding standard expectations he was professional and personable. I felt he was soo exceptionally present (listening, eye contact, light conversation as he worked), he made me feel so relaxed because he was so relaxed/busy/professional all at the same time. He was aware/sensitive to my feedback and never did or said anything that might make my thoughts/feelings anything less than important. Harm hands, gentle but confident bedside manner and light hearted. One of the top 5 hospital visits in my 53 yrs.

My experience there was good, but I’m not happy that my lab service has to be sent out to Millennium Health in San Diego, it is out of network for my insurance Blue Shield. When I called about my bill from them with no coverage they were very rude and condescending.
