I would like to be clear my issues with my visit had little to nothing to do with in person staff. My appointment scheduling and check in were done seamlessly and the nurses who did my vitals and managed the telemedicine appointment were fine. My issues are with the telemedicine setup and the Doctor I saw.

She is always patient with us. I have a daughter who has anxiety and is deaf and Amanda is always so patient with us. That’s a biggie.
