I am not sure what happened but my original appointment date was 1/7/2024 at 1:00pm but I never received a text/call for confirmation. Early morning on that date I called to confirm date and time and I was told my appointment was on 1/9/2024 at 1:00pm. I still have the original appointment card that confirms this appointment.
