I called in mid october many times for refill of my blood pressure medicine. Never got a call back. Pharmacist was trying for me as well. Finally I called surgeon who had just done my aortic graft and he prescribed 30 days of medicine. In november I tried again. Finally michel responded but rudely talked over me. At that point I was splittin my last pills into quarters to make them last, taking only 2.5mg of a 10mg pill. Finally saw dr schad and got a prescription for 10mg of amlopodine. All in all a very blood pressure raising anxious time. Remarkably, no one ever acknowledged or apologized. Bottom line is that I'm very happy with dr. Schad but there is a problem getting my calls and letters from front desk to him.

Really enjoyed talking to Miss Jones. She was so nice and helpful. Knew a lot about my condition.
