Crystal was the attending nurse, she was very attentive and patient and listened to my mom’s concerns, Laura Lazenby was super in every way, she listened and had great insight for my mom’s concerns and recovery process. We are very thankful for the care she and I received.

I would like to be clear my issues with my visit had little to nothing to do with in person staff. My appointment scheduling and check in were done seamlessly and the nurses who did my vitals and managed the telemedicine appointment were fine. My issues are with the telemedicine setup and the Doctor I saw.
