I had a great difficulty getting PDH the orders from my doctor. My doctor even CCed me and PDH still claimed they did not receive the orders. I had to personally take them to the hospital and they were the same copies that was attached to PDH’s email. It was very frustrating. But when the MRI was authorized, they immediately set up my appointment and contacted me so that was great and I appreciate it. Thank you.
