Dr. Schad and his nurse Danielle are the best!

Although I waited long than 20 minutes to be seen, Danielle made my day a little better. She’s got great public relation skills. Give that girl a raise.

Dr Kepple is by far the best doctor I have had at PHC. He’s knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuine with his patient care and concerns. He stands far apart from several doctor experiences I’ve endured at this facility. His nurse Julie is excellent as well.My experience with a Dr. Wendy Flapan was entirely unfortunate, negatively impactful and unprecedented. She was blatantly dishonest, self serving, and lacked patient concern and medical knowledge . It was unfathomable to witness constant mistakes and misdiagnoses being made. Ultimately her lack of ethics, extreme dishonesty, and false documentation led to the final decision to discontinue her care. Hopefully she is no longer in practice at PHC, as she is truly a detriment to your reputation as a Healthcare facility.I have not submitted a formal medical provider complaint, because I’m prioritizing my health and cannot subject myself to anymore stress associated with her. I have thorough documentation, photo documentation, as well as voice memos providing concise evidence of her complete lack of professionalism and medical knowledge and absolute lies. Dr. Flapan was a horrific experience and so unfortunate and disappointing.
