Every single person who has worked with me at PDH has been friendly and professional. My problem is access to my primary care physician. I had an ER visit for a heart rhythm condition and very high blood pressure. My instructions indicated that I needed to see my PCP in 1-2 days. I waited 6 days. My original complaint in July was about tachycardia and other heart issues. I had to wait until September 7 to see my PCP. I was seen by a mid-level care provider in the interim, but this didn't solve my problem.

Kind, fun and professional

PDH folks are courteous, honest, helpful, and actually seem to CARE in these bizarre times.

Everything about my visit was good. PA Robin is very professional but down to earth. She is easy to understand and very, very thorough. PDH is fortunate to have her. I will ask for her when we are unable to get into Dr Schad. I also appreciate being able to be seen the same day as I called for an appointment.
