I feel that all departments could communicate with one another better of protocols and expectations. It would have been helpful when I called the receptionist know what the protocol was for school/work notes and the nurse and dr staff to know note protocol and also what to do in situations when Covid patients need to use the restroom. I would like to share that when I called and talked to the head department he was apologetic for the experience as well as said he would let staffing know protocols. I feel it was a bad experience but it can used as a learning tool so no one else has to deal with what we went through. Also I do appreciate the staff for all they do for the community especially working with such short staff.
