I’ve been seeing Dr. Morgan for many years and he’s always been very attentive and helpful. He’s also my stepsons physician of many years.

Dr Shaud is excellent and I truly appreciate his skill and patient care. I am a "proactive patient", always arriving w my list of questions and references re my health records. I know all docs are busy but I have never felt rushed as we address my health issues. That said, I have heard from others that some doctors seem to feel pressured to get their patients "in and out" before their patients have had a chance to address their health concerns adequately in their appointments. If this is administrative pressure, it is a problem. Patients often wait a long time to get an appointment only to feel rushed trying to address their concerns. I know doctors are busy, but be careful w this "time balance" for fear of loosing patients... and perhaps excellent doctors. On a different topic, I always request a patient/ doctor summary report when I leave my appointment. I often feel the notes don't adequately address the concerns and recommendations discussed w the nurse and doctor. Information shown is often "old data" which has not been modified as my health status and diagnosis has changed. Once again, I understand how busy PDH staff is, but attention to detail given my changing health would be welcome as I review my appointment summaries.Lastly, I thank PDH for continuing the "health fair lab tests" at an affordable cost! I watch my lab results carefully and review them w my doctor. However, I recently got a result showing an alarming low, low thyroid level which prompted my calls to the clinic and subsequent thyroid retesting. My follow up tests came back entirely normal... beyond a " lab range of error". This concerns me re PDH lab test "accuracy", since, in this instance, the thyroid levels were so strikingly different after a short retest interval.Again, let me stress, I fully appreciate my doctor and the services of PDH, particularly in our small community. I hope these comments are useful and contribute to PDH efforts for improving patient care. Thank you.
