The nurse practitioner was great but her hands were tied because I have Covid. I hurt my hand and they were unable to do lab test or x-rays due to me having Covid so I had to go home and suffer and not knowing what’s wrong with my hand.I did not see any office stuff because they brought me in the isolation room, but the office staff has always been very friendly
