For years now the people who take blood pressure are inconsistent in how they take it. BP numbers matter to me. Sometimes the cuff is too loose, arm not raised, they ask me questions and more. I would like this facility to decide if it matters. If it does, they need to re-educate their staff on the method they want that gives best results. Because I know my average bp number, I've had to ask for a do over because of discrepancy. One time a worker seemed to think the numbers didn't matter. It's like height. I want a yearly measure at least. At 67, can be an early clue to skeletal loss. It would be good if interns especially were reviewed as to why these things matter. Also simple steps give the worker moments to observe other things such as skin color, breath, posture, etc.

This Dr listened carefully and prescribed just what I needed. I’m doing better.
