I have seen Dr. April Leonardo, I have tell you she was very thorough about my record. I'm was pleased that she had seen me in a short noticed (I needed to have referral to get MRI) since my PCP is off. I'm very impressed how she handled everything. unfortunately I was so behind with all my labs and so forth. Dr. Leonardo spend a lot of time explaining everything that I can understand. The survey asks if I received an answer within three business days of phoning my provider’s office. I recommend adding a question or changing the question to be more clear if the intent is also to know if I got an answer on time when I messaged through the patient portal since I suspect more patients use that method.

She was amazing with child during vaccinations. Went above and beyond every time we saw her. My child would only see her. We asked for her every time.
