I made the appointment to obtain a pain clinic doctor as My doctor had retired.A few days prior to my appointment i began having symptoms of a urinary tract infection. It worsened so I notified the clinic i need to get my urine tested.I brought a clean new sample in a sterile glass container. They refused to test it when i got there. Their reason was I hadn't made that appointment for a pain clinic referral not a possible bladder infection.I felt that it was unnecessary to deny a simple test the say would have allowed treatment for my infection much sooner than making another appointment for weeks later.I resolved my problem with an ER visit at Seneca hospital that same day

Specifically, Dr. Hunt and staff treated me very well. Dr. hunt was a good listener, patient, and very knowledgeable in my area of concern with my health. Grateful for his time and the time allowance to ask questions.

My follow-up appointment with Jenson after colonoscopy was very informative and he took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand.Though I didn't time the said appointment I felt like he was willing to give me all the time I needed to understand my results.Very helpful 👌

Checkout cumbersome as reception had to do their own function as well as the checkout process.This causes delays any time there are more than one patient and if there are any questions.
