Having to wait in the car and call to let them know you are there is a pain. Especially when there are multiple people already waiting, which then causes you to sit on hold and check in later than your appt time. But other than that, service was excellent.

Lied to me multiple times. tried to bill my medical insurance multiple times. Lied about how my medi cal was out of area and they don't know how a TAR works. Left me in immense physical pain for 30+ days.

I called three times to get a same day appointment for my son before Christmas, and was told to call back the next day, or go to Portola clinic or ER. After all the calling I finally got an appointment over three weeks out, and then received a call the day before saying they had to cancel, and the next was a month out! When I mentioned how long it’d taken I was told that they always get sick kids in (nice thing to say, but was not my past experience) but she was able to get my son seen the same day by traveling PA. My family had been patients of doctor Hunt and the transition to schedule with anyone else has been Very difficult.
