I would appreciate a brief summary of the issues my provider and I discussed. My memory is not so good.

Dr. Steen Jenson was able to get me refered to a neuromuscular center at U.C. Davis in 2019. I had a family history of very rare muscular dystrophy and nemaline myopothy. I spent from 5 years getting nowhere at hospitals outside quincy. It was very difficult to get to be diagnosed and the National institute of health had to take part in that. Dr. Jenson spent a great deal of time getting me diagnosed which gave me many more years of walking and preserved my muscles once able to be treated for these diseases. He continues to help and I'm more than fortunate and thankful for this gift of life. I don't believe I would have gotten to this date without his persistence in getting those issues resolved.
