The office staff asked pertinent questions updated my health insurance information. The nursing staff is always courteous and kind. Dr. Schad is always a pleasure, he is on top of my list as a knowledgeable physician.

Dr. Jose Hernandez went ahead and asked me if it was OK for him take a picture of my back with my phone so I could see it and he also gave me some advice based on his experience in Alaska and cold air as to what to wear across the front of my face
