I was told by Anita Godwin that my visit in the ER was ama. I kept getting told it was my choice to go home it's not like they wanted me to stay.

Staff and services are great. Lack of forewarningand planning due to the. impossibility to get to parking lacked common sense. My appointment was moved from other North Fork to main Quincy office. No warning was given about the severe problem of parking and no disabled accommodations were provided. My daughter later told me something was on the hospital site. What good is that? I do not check the hospital site to go to an appointment. I doubt anyone does.The sign directing patients to go through emergency entrance was turned sideways and visible only when I got up to it. I was totally stressed and floundering.No other signage was provided until the corner of the back of the clinic. That sign was not visible until I got right next to it.I was not the only one totally disadvantaged. One poor man had just gotten out of the hospital. He was out of breath even with a walker.

The staff and physician are amazing. I receive a genuine welcome feeling each and every time. Thank you again to Cheryl, Terri, and Laura Lazenby.
