I arrived 45 minutes before my appointment. Was told to go get coffee. Wait to come back to register until 15 minutes before my appt.I live at Lake Almanor, I have to allow for road construction delays. I am 78, I have back and leg problems, walking all over you campus for a vending machine coffee is not acceptable to me. The clinic needs to allow people who come from long distances, and have disabilities to be comfortable, and get a beverage if they want one without getting back in their vehicle to drive into town, or walking all over your campus to get to a beverage station.I came back to register l, was 3 minutes early and they refused to register me. I don’t like your new policy, I consider it an obstacle and inconvenience for patients.

I like my provider and I like the services that Quincy family medicine offers. not being on time for an appointment seems to be a regular thing and that is very disappointing especially when I work as others do also.would love to see that improve
