I always have a good experience at the clinic. I don't understand why I am greeted by a different person working with the doctor each time. They are all very nice but I would think that working with the same doctor as much as possible would be more helpful. More personal.

Everyone at the Quincy Medical building have always been very nice and helpful whenever I have had an appointment there. Wait times after check in are usually within a reasonable time. There have been a couple of times that they have been short staffed and it has taken a bit longer, but no one complained and they kept it all going.I would like to acknowledge my provider, Laura Lazenby. My appointments with Laura are always consistent in the way I am treated. She always takes the time to address any of my questions or concerns and gives me options to resolve any issues I might have. She is on top of any preventative care tests or labs that I need to stay current, and appointments for any of these are set up right away. Laura is knowledgeable about my medical issues and we can easily discuss anything I would like to know more about or have other possible solutions for. I always leave my appointments feeling that whatever I came in to be seen for has been addressed. I am really happy Laura is my provider.I would also like to acknowledge her nurse Christina. She is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. I have lots of interaction with her through Portal messaging and phone calls. Anything I have ever messaged her about is answered right away. I have never once had to message her a second time about anything I needed help with. In addition to responding to my messages so quickly, she often follows up by also giving me a phone call to let me know that something I had asked to be done, like making sure a med refill request had been called in to my pharmacy, has been taken care of so I don't have to worry about it. She goes above and beyond whatever I need, and I love talking with her. She always makes me smile!
