My last visit was for a Covid test. I think I was on hold for about 40 minutes before someone could answer the phone it was on a Monday morning. It took a long time.

I welcome this chance to applaud the PC Health department and PDH staff. I've been boosted twice now. From the beginning and the first shot PCPH has been proactive in contacting me, scheduling my shots and giving them to me. Very important for a 70+ person, as I am.
