I felt like my visit was productive. The doctor listened to me and respected my thoughts and feelings. We agreed to try a new medication and then come back in 3 months to look at the progress. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.

Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. The rating would have been a five, except I had to go in once to get a prescription prescribed a week prior and another time to see when my follow up appointment was.

Billing seems to be disorganized. I hate paying a contractor and the hospital. Just seems morally wrong to charge twice for the same thing.
