I walked in and they had me in to see my regular doctor within minutes. Even though I just showed up to ask a question, I was seeing doctor Coursey to help me immediately. I also never once felt rushed by the staff or doctor Coursey. My gratitude to all.

It was an hour before my son got his allergy shot. When I asked the staff how much longer it would be, I was told it is a process that takes a long time to draw up the medication... it never took that long before. It could have been me being impatient because I didn't expect to be at that appointment for an hour and a half and we had other appointments to be at. But I do not think it should have taken that long. Also, the provider felt it necessary to remind me who my son's primary care provider is like 3 times. He does not see is pcp for his allergy shots. We just get an appointment with whoever is available when he needs his shot. I would like to add that the staff is always nice, just felt like this visit was not as good as usual unfortunately

The Registration gals totally get that I’m a pretty big deal and treat me accordingly ( stand at attention, share their lunch, rotate my tires.) Please tell them not to be so formal and to simply call me “ Your majesty”!
