Again, Candice Coursey needs more hands on training on how to speak to her clients and keep a professional relationship. Also, on more than one occasion my hospital records have been lost. After I suffered a seizure in Ashland Oregon and was taken to the ER, the Ashland hospital requested my medical records from PDH and they were nowhere to be found. My medical team in Oregon and myself were very concerned about how a hospital can LOSE records.
