The entire experience was calm and exuded empathy, I didn't even have to fight to be heard and looked at as a human being. I messaged my boyfriend singing praises about the staff, I look forward to working with them in the future to come.

The young lady who normally checks you out in the Plumas Clinic was not there…another young lady was there and seemed to be learning the system, definitely was not communicative since she was envolved with her computer! I hope the regular staff member was just temporarily out!!! She is SUPER friendly, professional and quick!!!
