Again, Candice Coursey needs more hands on training on how to speak to her clients and keep a professional relationship. Also, on more than one occasion my hospital records have been lost. After I suffered a seizure in Ashland Oregon and was taken to the ER, the Ashland hospital requested my medical records from PDH and they were nowhere to be found. My medical team in Oregon and myself were very concerned about how a hospital can LOSE records.

It’s frustrating when making an appointment and not having help to accomplish what I need. I needed a physical so my toddler could attend preschool and my next scheduled appointment is in two months and they tried make me use his three year appointment which I wanted to do with his provider. They were able to figure something out, but it’s really frustrating when the scheduling people weren’t able to tell me what I needed to do.
