Everyone involved treat my wife and I as real people not like some prewritten sales pitch recipients. We were allowed to take our time, have the vehicle inspected and there was no pressure at all put on us. When we decided to purchase the vehicle the final steps were effortless and perfectly executed. I honestly don't see how it could have been any smoother. I called about a problem with air conditioning leaking inside on passenger side, did a test to make sure it was OK. They fixed the recall on tailgate.

The service was fast and friendly. The only complaint is the tech did not reset the car so the oil change icon disappeared. No worries, we reset it at home. I will definitely recommend Pogue for car maintenance.
