Never had an easier experience buying a car. Went to a dealership close to me and couldnt even get a accurate price on the vehicle i was looking at until they ran my credit. Just so happen to have to take a vehicle to Poage for service. I decided to sit out on the sales floor and not once was I approached about buying a vehicle ( biggest irk is when im bombarded by a bunch of people when im just looking) i started speaking with Aileen and Brad and asked if they had “so-so” on the lot. Right away i was given years and the corresponding price. Asked some questions that were answered promptly and off i went. Another plus in my book is that even after i left i wasnt bombarded with calls, emails, texts on when i would return or if i was still looking. The great thing about being a consumer is you have the option to search around and they definitely understood that. When i did reach out to them I received a prompt response. Like i said before the previous dealership i was at for an hour and without even getting a price said what my payments would be. From Quincy to Hannibal buying and signing then back was like 2.5 hrs. 100% 2 great people to work with there.

The dealership was able to get me in for service although I wasn't on the schedule. The car was not accelerating well and I had 10 miles to get home. i was able to leave my car and they ordered the part and repaired the car the next morning. I appreciated the prompt service that kept me safe and eased my mind. Thank you.

Amazing. There was the car that has all of the feature that I feel to be imp;ortant plus more features that I couldn't imagine being put into an automobile. The salesperso, Aileen Grote, did a very knowledable introduction to the car and its many bells and whistles. I knew what I wanted for my trade-in and financing and it was all there. Paperwork went smoothly and shazam, I was driving home in a brand new Jeep. Excellent.
