My sales rep, Brandy Johnson, was excellent. She talked to me about multiple vehicles and was diligent in finding me the Jeep product I purchased. She answered all my questions at the time. I at no time pressured to purchase a vehicle. Also, one of the reasons I return to Poages is the service department. They are excellent. Nothing but positive experiences.
