Service was scheduled timely and oil change and maintenance was done in a without a long wait.

It's called Quick Lube but, I had to wait a day. Need to have where you can drive up and get the job done that day.

Buying a car with Poage Chrysler dealership was wonderful. No high pressure sales, which made the whole process more enjoyable, and definitely less stressful! Aileen Grote, our saleslady, was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of useful information and tips. She showed us a Chrysler Pacifica, at our request, on two different occasions. We were slow in making a decision but she was very patient with us. Never did she lean on us to buy. Instead, she took her time and showed us all of the qualities and upgrades that she felt that we personally would be interested in. We currently own a Chrysler Town and Country and love it, so we were very disappointed that Chrysler phased those out. However, the Pacifica kept many of the things that we loved about our Town and Country. We felt like we got a great deal. Everyone we dealt with were personable and easy to do business with. The whole experience went very seamless. We highly recommend checking out this dealership for your next car. Our daughter and son in law got their Pacifica here last year and loved their experience. We plan to do all of our future car shopping here. Great overall experience! We even got a full tank of gas with our new car.

We had an awesome experience buying the new Jeep. Poage Jeep has a great Sales staff that takes the extra time to make sure you understand the vehicle features. Aileen was very helpful, but without the pressure to make the sale. I have been a repeat customer and will continue to be.
