Maintenance man was very friendly and nice the whole time! He fixed both of our issues in a very timely manner! He even showed me what was wrong with the water heater which I liked and made sure to let us know that we didn’t do anything to cause these issues and it’s just regular wear and tear, which was comforting. Really like this maintenance man and appreciate his friendly attitude whenever he helps us.

My drain still doesn’t work properly and I stand in water when I shower.

I have communicated multiple times there is a roach infestation inside of appliances. I’m being ignored like my life doesn’t matter nor does my child’s comfort. It’s making me extremely suicidal not only that the roaches have infested but also that I’m flat out being ignored

My expectations were exceeded. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to fix my faucet issue and increase both function and beauty. Grateful~
