The service was excellent. Al was very helpful addressing the issues I had been experiencing with my car.

I have a 2016 Macan. During a regular service they said they found a small leak--transmission fluid. They have now had the car for a week. Agent called after a couple of days and said it looks like it might need an entire new transmission. That was last Friday. I left messages but haven't heard back--no details, don't know how long it will be. Would have expected better?? I do have a loaner vehicle but sure am looking forward to getting my own back.

We have owned several Porsche vehicles over the years. All purchased from Jim Ellis Atlanta. We have always received excellent courteous service from everyone there. We could not be more pleased with our experiences with Porsche people, from sales to service to a phone call to them to ask a question!

Took the Boxster in to have the convertable top adjusted. The top lowweing mechanism had been repaired by Jim Ellis earlier, but needed some additional adjustment after tne initial repair. This is the first time I have had to return the car after a service (bought the car from them 10 years ago and always had it serviced there) and they were very good about the situation.
