Poor communication from service mgr and service reps to customer. I expected what was agreed on prior to apt, but when I arrived it had changed. No one contacted me about changes, so surprise suprise.. Hassle with getting a loaner vehicle. Hassle with inspecting our vehicle when completed. No one there to make decisions: all managers were off somewhere.. Purchased a Cayenne TURBO S. Service was poor .. Staff finally got everything done they were supposed to do, I think, at least they said they did. They said they zeroed all tires on gauges and set pressure the same, but when we drove off all 4 tires were at different readings.

Max Landes did a fabulous job taking care of my 911 Turbo. I got my car back a lot sooner than I expected. My tire was repaired, the service was done a month in advance so I don't have to make another trip in 30 days and it was sparkling clean inside & out. Thanks so much Max!

My brand new 718 Cayman freezed in the middle of an intersection during busy off work hours! I had it only three weeks! I am not comfortable anymore to drive that car cause they could not find out what's the problem w/ the car!! Life threthening experience made me change to a better vehicle! I got 2017 brand new Porsche 911!! Only 2 weeks & the 3rd time I drove!! The car had some sort of malfunction!! I have not got back my car yet! Still at workshop !! SHAME ON PORSCHE!!! 2 bad experience w/ PORSCHE within only less than two months on two brand new vehicle!! What ashamed!!

Excellent service. Service personnel A1 (Kip). Took a little long, but dealership made a new Cayenne available to me for errands. Good explanation of the problem, very user friendly service wait area and...bottom line... great Porsche dealership. I wouldn't expect less from Porsche.

FYI-The North America porche towing company that picked up my car towed the car to porche driving experience. I told the lady on the phone that I did not think there was a service place there. She insisted and of course the poor driver had to go there and was told to turn around and ahead to your dealership. So I would inform those people there. Other then that service was excellent.
