The experience was seamless throughout the whole process .I traveled from Chicago to pick up the car they held it is a said and it was better in person than they described . Tommy was wonderful .. and Brian sales was just as well !

Fantastic service on 911 GT3!

My experience began with a configurator build which I sent to several dealers in GA, SC, TN, NC and NJ. I received a reply the next day from Chad Pierce and we were able to strike an agreeable deal within a day. From the time I ordered until delivery, I received updates. I also received very quick responses when I asked questions. I have given recommendations and Chad has actually sold at least two more vehicles from those recommendations.

It went as smoothly as I would it expect it to.

It should not take a month and a half to get parts for any vehicle in the modern world

I recently drove my 2016 Porsche Spyder from Albany, Ga to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for its first service. It's Saturday morning and while servicing the vehicle the technician finds a screw in the left rear tire. The tire needs to be replaced, but it is not in stock (unique size) and the warehouse supplier is closed on Saturday. I am told it will be Monday afternoon before a tire will arrive. I do not have the option to stay in Atlanta a couple extra days due to previous commitments. Chad Pierce somehow called in a few favors and the correct tire arrived in short order. This is the type of exceptional service we receive from Chad, Isaac Robles, and the rest of the Jim Ellis Team every time we come to the dealership! My wife owns a 911, which we purchased at the other Atlanta Porsche dealership, but I have her car serviced at Jim Ellis too because the above scenario is just one example of how I believe they treat all their customers. Truly a 5 Star Organization! No disappointments.
