Am close to giving this 2 stars…but will give you all the benefit of the doubt.Poor communication for a simple visit…10k oil and check in and recall. It was more than 2 days after receiving a text from Porsche Boston’s service center (that said to text it with any questions) before I got a reply. Granted, my wife was also in communication, but she too received very little to any communication as to what was going on. Luckily I didn’t need the car that week, but the fact that it took 3+ business days for a simple 10k service was surprising and the lack of communication from any dealer, much less one selling a premium brand and level of service, was surprising and disappointing.That said, the video showing the inspection was helpful and I appreciate the home delivery.
