I am taking off one star because when I had to wait about 25 minutes to see someone when I came to drop off the car because there was only one employee working. My appointment (for which I had received an email confirmation) was not in the dealership system, and my request for a loaner car was also not registered. The rest of the experience was much smoother.

Last Tuesday, I went to have my snow tires changed to all-season tires. They told me that one of my snow tires had a nail in it and I agreed to have it replaced with a brand new tire. They also said they would deliver all four snow tires to my home. However, up to today, they still haven't sent them. I'm very worried that they might have replaced my snow tires in the store or lost them. Besides, I suspect that some parts of my car, like the fuel tank cap, have been replaced with old ones. I take good care of my car and it's only been two years since I bought it. The fuel tank cap couldn't have worn out to the point where the arrow is no longer visible. Please help me anonymously report these frustrating situations and speed up the process of delivering my snow tires. My home is only a few minutes' drive from the store.

I’ve had a few “visits” over the past 6 weeks or so. I’m unsure which span of time or visit(s) this survey is referring to.The customer service is very good.The car came back to me after an $8300+ repair and the “check engine light” came on at about the 27 mile marker. So, car returned and fixed (nice there was no expense for me).On return I noticed damage or a portion of the rear Porsche Panamera insignia was missing (the letter “P”). Probably torn off during the car washing/drying. Anyway, just one thing after another.

I dropped the car off for a recall, but it had already been dealt with on a previous visit. I was able to schedule a 40K mile maintenance on the spot and I was given a complimentary uber home. That was very convenient.
