I’m going to be honest. Service went fine, and the staff on site is great, but i am not happy about booking. As a 20yr BMW driver. The service department there was amazing. Always answered the phone and were long time employees. Your service department is lacking. You can barely ever get a person on the phone and when you leave a number for a call back (again unacceptable for a high end dealer) they never call you back. And on top of that. My lease is about to expire and i was interested in a few cars you had on site. I filled out the info on your website and made an appointment only to find out the person who contacted me was AI and the sales team on-site had no idea which cars i was interested in. Not gonna lie…i was pissed off about the waste of my time. I was actually considering buying another car from you until that! I am out. For the price point of what you charge for entry level car you should be better. So disappointed! Back yo bimmer
