Honestly I really do not enjoy the whole car buying process at all. In fact for the past 20 years I have used a car broker to handle everything for me. This time since it was for CPO vehicle that was out of state, and there was less time available I decided to do it on my own. The overall experience was pleasant, straightforward, and dare I say easy. Gregg was great. He answered all my questions and was helpful in getting things taken care of quickly so I could get on the road to head home. It made the 8 and a half hour drive home much more enjoyable driving my Porsche Cayenne Turbo eHybrid.

Spencer agreed to meet me early so we could get into all of the paperwork and have time to talk. He answered my questions, was engaging, and genuinely cared about me and my experience. Letting me choose some items from their store, like a keychain and a shirt, was icing on the cake. I told Spencer afterward that this was by far the best car purchase experience I've ever had.

Excellent all around service experience

Your app is great and makes the order experience for involved so we're not constantly wondering what's going on. Greg did a good job on his end but was blind-sided by a missing car cover, which we paid for, and had already acknowledged we'd received (initialed off on paperwork as he says it's in the car). This makes for an awkward moment, especially when another salesman tries to demean him in the hallway, telling him to "settle down," when in our perspective, he was quite calm. Those little things are some that we shouldn't know about or experience.

Spencer was exceptional. He was respectful, welcoming and just a really genuine person. He has communicated really well, he keeps his word, and I really feel like he has my back. The best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
