I really believe in 1 or 5 star reviews. My service expert Tim was fine, but there were no loner cars available and no resolution to my issue. Used to have an Audi and they always had cars available. Disappointed that Porsche makes it impossible to temporarily mute the backup alarm, very dangerous situation when backing a trailer and I can't hear people outside the vehicle. You guys are eventually going to get sued for this when someone gets hurt.

I really liked the video with the technician

We were at the dealer to have a new set of wheels and snow tires installed on our one year-old Cayenne Coupe S. Also, had the one year complimentary oil change. Geoff Shilling was our service manager. I have been working with Geoff and this dealership since ~ 2015. The service is always exceptional, and it was this trip as well with the 2024 Cayenne! Geoff is knowledgeable, personable and professional, and always focused on providing the very best advise and service!
